A Blog Reader, also known as an RSS Reader, Feed Reader, or Aggregator, allows readers to view feeds from many sites in one place instead of having to go to each individual site. Blog Readers work by reading the RSS (Really Simple Syndication) Feeds created by websites and blogs and displaying any updates to that site’s RSS Feed since you last viewed it in the Blog Reader.
Applying it to our situation, using an RSS (or Blog) Reader allows you to read all the Mistress’ Blogs in one place, viewing only new posts for the day, and making it easy to make the rounds and comment on other ETE blogs. The Blog Mistress prefers Google Reader for it’s simplicity and the robustness of it’s features, though there are many other readers to choose from.
